Little to no work life balance Sexism from district managers down to area managers and between store managers. Politics and cliques form during manager meeting. They’re write up program “commitment to success” is just their way of giving you 3 chances to quit so they don’t have to fire you because then you’ll claim unemployment from them. This company will convince you to join their cult and manipulate you until you conform to they’re ways, employees would joke about being turned into a “buckle bot”. Be aware of this. It’s hard to break from because of the toxic positivity. If you work here, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
