      Pros

      With the extensive management program you learn how to communicate, manage people, develop leadership, plan and execute business savvy strategies. Positive environment, predictable salary, discount on clothes, create long lasting relationships, top spot to network!

      Cons

      Extremely long hours. For managers you are looking at 6 days a week and between 50-65 hours. Certain times through the year you can take vacation. Vacation does not roll over ( use it or lose it) sometimes having a personal & professional balance is tough. There's pressure to remain positive in sales year after year. If you don't recruit strong and talented individuals your job is going to ne tough!

      . Very pushy sales . If your not pushing more product on a customer your basically made to feel like your being punished.

      Good discount The clothes are great

      Management if you dont have time to commit your LIFE then dont work there They want to be a walking advertisement and even work outside of work by handing out fit cards Manager picked favorites Be ready to jump on every guest and cram endless amounts of clothes on them on the floor in the fitting room. Commissions are not great, and when its slow and no one is in the store for 3 hours you can't make money! Buckle is all about BUCKLE and according to them their is no where else to shop and shame on you if you tell a guest where they can find the product their looking for at another retailer
