People are great and upper management has a solid head on their shoulders. The company has an honorable mission that is easy to get behind and get passionate about.

Cons

Compensation varies greatly and tends towards the lower to median.

Thank you for your honest feedback; we do take great pride in our Leadership's openness to what our employees want/need. As for compensation we hear you, we do yearly market studies to ensure that our pay is aligned with competitors in the market but understand that someone could get another higher paying role in a smaller/unstable startup or one of the tech giants. Our biggest priority is taking care of our employees and making sure they are well taken care of.
