Pros

I work with great people, my team and I get along great, we all have diverse personalities and back grounds, the DREAM culture facilitates individuals to bond. I too read the reviews on Glassdoor before I started a few months ago, my interviews went great, and I immediately had a good feeling about this opportunity. Facts: I was not there before management changed; I have been here since April 2018; I am very happy at CBORD. Everyone pitches in during hard times, I was happily surprised with Management (Jim Hoefflin the President, Vice Presidents and my managers) all worked hard at supporting us when we needed it the most, no task is too small for anyone. The company is people and family oriented, we all have moments is life when family comes first, and CBORD will back you up.

Cons

If you want a job from 9-5 and wait for the clock to do its job, you are looking to work for the wrong company, don't even bother interviewing. Employees work hard and give their 120% and more to make sure customers, other departments and processes are accomplished the best they can. This is a software company, we render service and sell products. The IT World moves fast, so get use to change or move on.

The change management process has been successful at CBORD. Senior Leaders interact with team members, they don't just sit in offices. Work-life balance is valued as is hard work and accountability--from senior leaders to employees.

Pros

If you are bored here, you aren't paying attention. There's a lot of opportunity to expand your reach. Even if your assigned tasks are simple (which is rare here), you should be able to get involved in discussion and actions that will improve the work process. Get involved, and you'll be noticed. Management is driven to succeed but generally sympathetic to individuals. A great many software technologies are in use - there's always opportnity to learn more.

Cons

2016-2017 brought a lot of change and some layoffs - not generally due to financial stress, but rather, due to change in priorities.

Pros

Lots of exciting new projects and products driven by a highly motivated management team. Company growth is improving, the culture is modernizing, and the people are motivated to make great things happen.

Cons

The tight labor market and recent changes have left many holes in historical knowledge and experience.
