      Pros

      The people I work with make this a really good place to work. They are talented, passionate, and focused on taking care of our customers. I really like the bonus plan.

      Cons

      Like many companies, more and better communication, both internal and external would be a nice improvement. It's much better than it was two years ago, but I think we can do better.

      Pros

      After the initial upheaval which accompanies change in management in companies of CBORD's size, CBORD has regained momentum. New product launches, coupled with increases in revenue and profits in the last two years has fueled optimism in the company's management. CBORD's motto - DREAM an acronym for Dynamic, Restless, Empowered, Accountable and Mindful - is indeed exhibited by the management. Management is not afraid to address difficult questions and take corrective decisions.

      Cons

      That is not to say, that everything is perfect. From what I can see, attrition is a little high and open positions some times take time to fill. Also CBORD needs more investment in Product Development.

      Pros

      Everyone I have met is great. This is not your normal corporate setting. All C level people are easily accessible, and Jim Hoefflin is a fantastic president too. Everyone, including Jim, is sincerely invested in helping you to succeed. I highly recommend working here.

      Cons

      None, and I'm only writing this whole thing out because Glassdoor makes you put at least 5 words here.
