Pros
In my experience the CCS Companies is a great place to work. At CCS there is room for professional growth and they seem to hire within which creates job security, etc. There are many people that have been employed by CCS for over 10 years, in this day and age that says volumes. Fair treatment is something you will find at CCS for sure regardless of job title or status within the company everyone is respectful and engaging with each other.
Cons
To be honest I cannot think of that many "cons" but here are a few small ones: Lack of state-federal holidays off for the corporate office. Would prefer an hour lunch break over two 15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch break.
