Pros

The perfect job to act as a stepping stone if you are looking for office experience. My time there helped me land a far more rewarding and personal satisfying job.

Cons

Not a great learning environment and extreme lack of resources to get your work completed. I sensed extreme tension between departments and a lot of time spent on finger pointing and whose to blame when processes didn't work smoothly rather than focusing on solutions. It always seemed like the clients were viewed as the enemy despite that being the service they were in.

This company not only pays an amazing base pay for today's economy, they also have a bi-weekly bonus program for their CSA staff. They offer affordable health insurance and paid time off among their other benefits! CCS takes good care of their employees, they take our input seriously and make us feel valued. The hours are great and there are many different shifts offered to fit different lifestyles. There is also potential to explore new positions within the company once you've worked there 6 months or more. Such a great company to work for.

Cons

There haven't been any cons that I've run across yet working for CCS. They work hard in upper management to make sure their policies are up to date and the employees are being treated fairly.

Pros

Working for CCS is one of the best jobs I have had. CCS offers great benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, even a 401k, and many more! CCS recognizes their employees for their hard work and dedication. There is always room for growth within the company and there are always opportunities to take the first step!

Cons

Communication isn't always concise and clear, however, each company has their own faults and CCS is already changing their communication process to be easier so it isn't an issue anymore.
