I admired the company and their values. It came with great benefits. They always seeked additional ways to reward their employees with incentives.

full time employment; great relationship with students, parents and staff; great education community in the school ; main purpose was to build relationship and make a difference in the lives of the students

Cons

A lot of paper work; teaching subject after subject and then there is a pile of papers to take home , grade and enter in the computer; limited educational resources; no school library; lack of supplies
