Absolutely horrible management

Pros

Coworkers can be one of the best people youve ever met!

Cons

Management here is insanely bad. Most managers are out of touch and cannot be trusted. They also all have different rules and standards, so as an employee you have no Idea what you should be doing. Dress code is followed pretty loosley, which normally wouldnt bother me. But some people are told different things aka some people can wear stuff out of dress code and others cant. Not to mention some stuff is claimed to be ‘not in dress code’ by managers but when you read the ACTUAL dress code they are straight up lying. Most of the time as well, you will be on shift and understaffed. There are some pros about working here, mainly your coworkers but… Not worth it. Will also make you work almost every weekend…

Pros

- Flexible schedule - Fun Work Environment - Great co-worker's - Great insurance plan - Growth is heavily encouraging so you are not stuck in certain positions (also fit into cons) - Will help pay for relocation if you plan to manage new or established stores - Promotes Positive reinforcement - PTO/Vacation time is always honored if placed before 2 week deadline

Cons

- Work/Life balance is tough to manage as you are asked to always be ready even on your dedicated off days - Hours are pretty scarce during "pre-season" if you are not management - Pay is not livable in many cities - Have favorites - Cult-like - You will eventually hit a growth barrier if you are not in a popular location - Guests clearly take advantage of company policies, but we are not allowed to call them out - Ideas/suggestions that we felt would better the store were never really looked into, or just outright shut down.
