Pros

Entertaining work and great coworkers/hours

Cons

I was directly called out in the middle of a quarterly team meeting because of something I couldn't control. I was at this job for 2-3 months and had only been taught one game. I had asked management about getting me trained on something else since we didn't have the staff to keep up. I was told "later" and it never came. I felt like I was being neglected while I watched my coworkers stress over having any free time. So, when this meeting rolls around and the manager states that, "we shouldn't be complaining about what job we have," I left. I don't want to be apart of a company that won't give new employees a chance to prove themselves. I definitely don't want to be apart of a company that neglects it's stressed employees just to fit more games in.

Pros

Sometimes fun and that's all

Cons

They expect you to break your back for chump change. Weird, inconsistent rules.
