Pros

You meet some really fun people, and the growth is relatively quick.

Cons

The management team is very much a clique. They make it very known if they don't like you, and will treat you poorly. There is a lot of favoritism, and they let their favorites get away with a lot (such as laziness or call-outs) while immediately punishing others for making tiny mistakes. The training is extremely lackluster, because it's basically just "okay, just do it." instead of actual training. The management team is very gossipy, and will often disappear into the office to joke around instead of helping the team lead and game guides. It has progressively become a more toxic environment and the GM does not care whatsoever about the wellbeing of the staff whatsoever. They constantly watch you on the cameras and WILL call you out in front of everyone if one mistake is made.

Pros

Great to be able to play any of the games for free. Also it is a fun environment to be in with your team members.

Cons

I started at this location when they first opened and I have yet to be promoted as a Team Lead. I feel as if this company is very based on favoritism and I have tried to reach out to their HR and to no avail. There is possibly other reasons but for my well being since I still work here I will not disclose.

Pros

GREAT people, lots of direction, empathetic HR. Genuinely one of the easiest work forces to deal with. I’ve loved interacting with everyone I’ve met at the company.

Cons

Pay is abysmal. Huge work load for management with little to no raise opportunities.
