Pros

Physically and mentally active. Supportive and friendly coworkers. Interacting with guests was enjoyable.

Cons

Undervalued, Underpaid, and unappreciated. Felt like you had to walk on eggshells when the general manager was in the building. Makes you feel like nothing you do is good enough. Don't get paid enough for the amount of work and value that the employees bring to the table. They refuse to see that uptight management is the problem. And they wonder why they are constantly understaffed. They force you to use only positive vocabulary and if you use it incorrectly then you get in trouble. You have to memorize things and spit them back out at a moment's notice. The lack of communication is blamed on you. The mentality of the workers becomes to keep your head down and mouth shut. If they tell you to do something then you are expected to say, "Yes" and do it without any response as to why you were doing it the other way, to begin with. You don't get any PTO even if you work full time. If you work full time then the job is your life. This is a work to attempt to live, job. It doesn't pay enough to live off of. Some employees worked multiple jobs. The hours, depending on your shift, make a work/life balance impossible and nonexistent.

Pros

Growth opportunities if you are willing to suck up to the managers in charge of the schedule. ALWAYS HIRING.

Cons

Work ethic is meaningless. If you want to grow in this company you have to either come from Disney or befriend the assistant manager. For $13 an hour you can barely work and sweep floor since the house keeping doesn't clean. Will get written up for speaking about any problems. If you do grow in the company, heads up. They love to take away growth at a moment’s notice without informing said employee. You will be scheduled for a week of work but will only work a few hours, due to them constantly adjusting hours and calling people off. This company is not friendly to you calling off EVEN WITH FAMILY DEATHS.

Pros

My co-workers were all amazing ... unfortunately most of them are also miserable in this job.

Cons

Breaks are often not given due to call outs and being understaffed and management is quick to schedule team members on clopens, and back to back doubles before actually coming into work to help themselves. You will be asked many times on your days off to come in and work and if you request have any days off in a week your manager will give you major push back and even make you feel guilty for not dedicating 100% of your time to this company (even though he is rarely in himself on busy days). To get any hours you are required to have full time availability however if you get another job to help your situation they may fire you for not having the specific availability they want. The pay is not worth working here full time at all.
