Pros

Excellent bias and favoritism. Exemplary mismanagement and poor supervisors. The best low life C Suite in the business. Fraternization and improprieties really paid off.

Cons

CEO just announced in an e mailed video they are done!!! This is the worst bunch of unprofessional I have ever met. They lost the Coney Island facility in 2016 and that was a sign. Look out here come thousands of unemployed social services professionals.

Pros

I do not see any pros...seriously can not think of any. Let me ponder on this, nope, still got nothing.

Cons

Management is clueless, unprofessional and incompetent. If you are educated/professional and have at least an average level of intelligence, then you will not belong here. HQ is unreasonably chaotic due to lack of any sort of planning or brains. Compensation and benefits are below market, employees are not engaged and mediocre at best. No training and development, no employee recognition.

Observed Holidays

Pros

If you're lucky you may be placed in a great department where you'll meet some amazing people/colleagues.

Cons

Observed holidays are dismal, to the point of nonexistent. Expect to be working most of the year, unless you use your vacation/personal/sick days which are not enough. You would think they'd offer a better benefits package. You're overworked and under appreciated.
