While hiring the extra staff they do not train them properly so there is a state of confusion of what is the actual duties of each department. Instead of working together and using competent employees to the fullest they rather use incompetent employees that are "yes" men. In other words the employees agrees to every thing the manager suggest even though it creates havoc in the work flow.
