Close proximity to public transportation. Some room for growth.

Cons

Too many to list. Sad and frustrated colleagues. Highest turn over I have ever seen in an organization. Those in top management positions have obscene salaries and everyone else is underpaid and overworked. CEO needs a reality check. She hires anyone who is related or are friends of hers, including an ex-felon (hired while on parole). It's a toxic workplace. I would not recommend it to anyone.

No staff morale. Lack of appreciation by management for staff who work day in and and out with clients . The company is numbers focused so they fail to listen to the actual staff who understands whats needed to run the operation of daily business in order and that makes sense. There is no connectivity between departments. Excessive steps to complete a task can be narrowed to one or two steps. Management combats employees when employees present management with exciting ideas. Some managers are vengeful b/c of personal reasons and are not able to put their personal opinions to the side.

Helping people with barriers to employment. The programs for these populations are excellent.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. They don’t manage, they dictate. No raises or promotions. Out of touch with reality.
