Workload was impossibly high hostile work environment supervisor repeatedly acted in unprofessional manner workers expected to ignore personal responsibilities communication with supervisor was nonexistent feedback from workers was not tolerated training was inadequate safety of workers often overlooked workers expected to produce quantity over quality of work, errors/mistakes were “blamed” on others and constructive criticism was not given lack of appropriate supervision/training workers discouraged from interacting with each other workers made to feel like they are commodities that are expendable.

It was a job, most coworkers were supportive and caring.

Cons

Workplace bullying is allowed, no HR dept in Maine, Expensive health insurance, do not promote self care. People are just numbers, unrealistic expectation, Fedcap does not care about employees or participants, its all about numbers.

*Mission - The CEO just talks to hear herself speak. Always about the mission and transparency of "metrics". Yet, she treats staff as if they are dispensable. She is the true reason for the lack of culture, low morale, and overall shadiness of the business. She sets the tone and management follows. Poor Pay. Poor Benefits. No room for growth. No programs geared towards investing in employees. High turnover
