Near unlimited “Mandatory” overtime regardless if you have family obligation or doctors appointments.

Cons

They promote who ever the warden thinks is a good political fit. Not who is most qualified. The warden has skipped 17 recommendations of the interview board. For the 18th due to gender.

They are worldwide and transfer capabilities are endless if you're willing to relocate. The supervisors that I have encountered are caring and professional.

Cons

Beginning new contracts at facilities/institutions can be full of struggles but once they are up and running things generally go smoothly.
