Pros

Flexible work schedule, incredible support and team work, extremely collaborative. The CEO is very helpful and always available for assistance if needed by her employees, and takes time out of her very busy day to ensure the happiness of the employees. The regional director is extremely supportive and so attentive to detail. She is constantly in communication to see how she can support everyone to her best ability. Most importantly, watching the clients' succeed is the most incredible part of the job. Watching a client match independently for the first time or say one of their first words is truthfully a life changing experience, and I wouldn't want to experience that with anyone else!

Cons

There are none, as the company absolutely tailors their support and supervision to everyone, especially those who speak on what they need and are self-aware enough to do so.
