      Very friendly coworkers, solid amount of hours/flexibility, easy data collection methods

      Cons

      All employees are extremely underpaid relative to other agencies in the area, no potential for cost of living wages or raises. The owner has a poor reputation within the company as a person who is not involved, flaunts luxury items, known to brag about having an easy life due to having all the underpaid employees do the work while the owner profits. The owner is trying to open more facilities than she can staff, doing a disservice to the ASD community overall.

      HI! This review was posted on 9/26/23 and effective 10/27/23 a cost of living raise was issued to all employees, bringing our hourly rate to the top end of the spectrum for ABA companies in NEPA! Upon meeting with employees, I found that I don't have a poor reputation except with you and your desire to no longer work as a Behavior Technician. I'm not really sure why you remain employed here as you voice your dislike with the position and question the need for opening new locations to bring ABA to children in desperate need of services. Upon opening our new location, we will be bringing ABA therapy to many families who could not receive the services without traveling. We chose our new location based on client demographics and the availability of staff in that location. We also have many employees who are getting advanced degrees in order to grow within our company. Additionally, the reviewer has left another similar review again on 12/1/23 which contains false information.

      Supervision and feedback, a lot of communication between client teams (BTs, LBS, BCBA), my opinions are valued and taken into consideration as a BT, supportive of staff needs (professionally and personally), hosts study groups

      Cons

      No supervisors on site daily in school settings, caseloads re-assigned often so supervisors of clients change occassionally.

      Hello! Thanks for the review. I appreciate you feedback regarding the collaboration among staff. We strive to provide you with the best possible supervision opportunities which involve real time feedback and coaching. It is difficult working in schools with no supervisors present but you can reach out daily via email, phone or text with questions or concerns and your supervisor will reply quickly. It seems like a good idea to schedule the supervisions on a regular schedule but often these appointments would have to get rescheduled due to day to day needs of staff and clients. For example, our supervisors keep a flexible schedule to allow them to come to you off-site when it's needed. If a client or staff are having a difficult time, supervisors can drop what they are doing to respond to you with a same-day or next-day visit. We will keep in mind that some staff prefer scheduled visits and it's important for you to tell your supervisor your preference so she can accommodate to the best of her ability.

      Extremely supportive environment, well educated and highly skilled administrative/supervisory team across all clinics; unlimited opportunity for collaboration with supervisors and CEO - practically on-call supervision and consultation whenever it is needed for supervisory staff and BHTs. Freedom to apply ABA principles in creative ways!

      Cons

      I have nothing to add here. This company is the gold standard for providing intensive ABA services and behavior consultation!
