      It has been a pleasure watching you grow from a BHT to an LBS. Good luck in your future endeavors and please remember to maintain the high ethical standard that we taught you during your supervision and training. In regard to the double-standard comment, I would like to remind you that we are a Behavior Analyst led company so it's obvious that we are going to provide more reinforcement for more appropriate behaviors. This is not a double standard, it's differential reinforcement.

      Hi! I know the schedule changes can be tough. When working with tiny humans, there is a curve for illness and absence. In order to maintain your 30-hour full-time status when a client cancels, it's often necessary to assign you a different client. I'm so happy that the reward of changing lives outweighs the inconvenience for you. Thank you for all you do!

      Pros

      I have been working at The Gregory Center for Applied Behavior Analysis for around 7 months and I could not picture myself happier working anywhere else! My supervisors are the most selfless women and always ensure the best possible care for each and every one of our clients. They also are always available to answer any questions you may have. The working environment in our clinic is extremely friendly , helpful , and supportive. Working at the Gregory Center has become such a blessing in my life. I wake up every single day excited to provide ABA therapy to my clients!! Watching my clients grow and learn something new every day is so rewarding. The Gregory Center is truly one of the most inspiring places to be employed at.
