      Training and support available through out staff. They provide you with the skills to become an RBT, BCBA, and so on. Opportunity to work in different settings and to work with various clients.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming and challenging. *Remembering to ask for assistance is key

      People are very nice and accommodating Weekly schedule Opportunity for growth, with schooling and experience Fulfilling job

      Payroll is biweekly rather than weekly

      Pros

      Supervision is always provided no matter which setting your client is in. 2 week training before you are 1:1 is top notch. Constant feedback and support (esp. when you reach out and ask!) Room for growth and pay increases! Monthly incentives - compliment jar - employee of the week & month Directors are always available to assist in anyway possible. Literally only a call away.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working at The GC. Best supportive staff around. Supervisors go above and beyond to help everyone.
