      Pros

      There are a ton of pros for being employed by this company, mainly the flexibility and supervisor communication levels. Coming from previous workplaces where it would be days sometimes weeks without seeing supervisors this company has constant access to supervisors. Not only that but the supervisors have a plethora of knowledge in the field and have studied countless hours to ensure all BTs have guidance whenever an issue may arise with a client. It is also noteworthy that the company has made many efforts to increase pay and benefits. The CEO/Owner has spent countless amounts improving the workspaces through out the different centers on STAFF and CLIENT needs.

      Really loved my coworkers!! So many of them were helpful!
