HI! It's unfortunate that you felt the need to write this review following your recent request for a new position that does not require you to work with the clients (there are no available positions available at this time). In regard to your Pro list: Our employees (your co-workers) are great! They are the best in the business and I'm so happy that you are giving them the recognition that they deserve. Our supervisors are also great and they provide the top-notch training of which you speak. In regard to your Con list: There surely is no lack of reinforcers or resources for the clients. The supervisors and Clinical Directors are in charge of purchasing all reinforcers for the clients and spend hundreds of dollars a week on toys, edible reinforcers and other items that serve as reinforcers to our clients. We also invest in our clinics as demonstrated by the remodeled lower level of the Duryea clinic. I know you are aware of this investment as you utilize the newly constructed kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops daily when working at the clinic. You may not be aware that our new Carbondale location had new flooring, paint and bathrooms but you can check it out anytime. Additionally, Hamlin has a new fence around the playground and will be getting new flooring this month! You probably won't see it as you refuse to work in this location because you don't want to drive that far. I, as the CEO (owner as you call me) work from my home office so that the Clinical Directors can oversee the clinical development of their clients in their clinic. I meet regularly with the Executive team as a group and each Director as individuals to make sure everything is running in a manner that is a true reflection of The Gregory Center way. I do enjoy visiting the clinics when asked, so feel free to email me and I'd be happy to come visit you. Please feel free to reach out via email if you have any ideas for new reinforcers or resources for your clients. You can also verbally tell your Clinical Directors, as they can order these items for you at any time.

Cons

There is no downside to working here!

Pros

Everyone is super friendly, The Owner is extremely knowledgeable and is always there to help if you need it. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable, important, and essential. The directors make sure that everyone is trained properly and that our clients are getting the best services. This is a great place to work with opportunities for growth.

Cons

Pay is biweekly instead of weekly.

Thank you so much for your honest review. We strive to make everyone feel valued and really do provide the best training for our team members. Currently we have 4 supervisors attending a 3-day training to increase our skill level and provide support for them as they grow within the company to fill new roles and positions.
