The Hanover Insurance Group reviews

Constantly changing directions, which is understandable. Priorities change, the market changes. But management was not clear about the changes--it was frustrating to find out the hard way that their appetite was changing, or that the reporting structure was shifting. Ok to change directions--just tell me clearly.

Pay was somewhat lower than similar companies (despite the claims of HR!). I also didn't feel there was much room for career growth.
