Pros

They have a fancy Linkedin License which gives you more opportunity to better service your client with great candidates.. that's it

Cons

This company is one I would not recommend to great players in the market looking to make a move. Maybe if you'd like to be a small cog in a big machine or enjoy being stagnant... the managers in my branch were cold and only cared about what was advantageous to them from a financial perspective. I billed a great amount my first years and was never fairly compensated. I was told next year would be the year!! A majority of individuals they hire here have terrible work ethic and find ways to cheat the system all day. They will fight you to the death to claim candidates they spoke to 2 years ago if there is any chance of you placing that candidate. Sometime they will call them on their cellphone so you can't track calls and ask. It is very wolf of wall street here... without the actual pay. Terrible Health Insurance. Very low vacation days.. no flexibility for a work life balance, good luck if you have kids or a family emergency. My typical schedule was 8-6:30 pm.. if you didn't stay that late each day, you would be judged or spoken about in a bad manner. Keep in mind if you live in the suburbs you aren't actually home until about 8pm. All for average pay. My VP was also too cheap to even buy us coffee for our office as first. It was insane. Culture values are out the window, I don't have enough time to even talk about that in this tiny box.

Pros

-Entry level opportunity out of college even if you have zero experience. -The branch manager Shane is a very nice manager who drives people to work hard and be the best they can. He is way too talented for this company. -Free coffee ( you will need it)

Cons

First of all you have to be in at work at 7:45 or earlier for a 8 AM meeting and stay till at least 630 on Mondays and Tuesdays. Till 6 on wed and thurs. They let you out at 5 on fridays. Second. they pay you only 30K and tell you that you will make lots of money with commissions (around 45-65) your first year. Unless you are the bees knees at recruiting you wont make any more than an extra 5k in commission the entire year. Third, the company culture sucks. Yeah people are nice to your face and friendly, but they all secretly try to stab each other in the backs and hope everyone but yourself does poorly. I enjoy healthy competition, but this is not it. Oh yeah and the branch is really struggling to stay open. They laid off 7 of the 9 recruiters within a couple weeks of each other. They apparently need those peanuts back they they pay their employees to stay open.

Pros

Nice office. Commission starts as soon as you do a placement, no timelines.

Cons

It’s a well known thing that the men make well more $$ than women. They talk about culture and diversity until they’re blue in the face but if you look around the offices there’s no diversity in site. Managers are just people who didn’t feel like recruiting anymore but have been there a few years. There are dozens of recruiting agencies in the city, if you want to salvage your mental health stay far away from The Judge Group. If you’re a woman, work for a company that values you as much as they value an entry level man.
