If you're looking for a job to gain social work experience, this is a definite stepping stone -Opportunity to hone in on skills such as creativity, cooking, public speaking as you work with young individuals who you will be doing life skills with. -Always room for overtime and ability to pick up shifts -No two days are the same --Job is high intensity so if you're shy, there's no room for that. Shyness will go out the window after a while. (building character)

-management plays favoritism -Inability to leave on time for most shifts. Shifts are 7-3(sometimes 7-7/9), 3-11, 11-7.
