AMAZING coworkers! Great office space. Interesting work. Constant communication from executives about what’s going on, next steps, etc. We just went through a huge merger in the US, so many things are different, but that was to be expected. If you want to be a part of shaping the future of the company, now is the perfect time to be here or join!

Cons

Things are changing day to day, but so far, only for the better! You need to be able to thrive in an ever-changing atmosphere to be successful here.

Ability to work remotely; HQ is modern, typical Tech Company vibe

Cons

Turn and burn of the sales department; one bad month can derail your whole career quickly; talented sales people are let go while average middle of the road employees are kept on because of a flawed ranking system.

Pros

Strong leaders who care about their employees, beautiful work environment, great co-workers. More than the generic 'pros' what is most positive is that the company is headed for great growth- it's not always perfectly clear and the road is bumpy at times but it also means there is A LOT of opportunity for those who are ready to take a ride. People who get excited about problem solving, gaining buy in, working w new teammates, etc. This is a chance to be apart of an exciting build. It's definitely not for everyone because 2 companies just came together so you have to be someone who enjoys change and is focused on the future and not "the way things USED to be"

Cons

it's a time of change. we are bringing together 2 large companies which is highly complex - for some this is a con because there is an element of unknown.
