Snacks, good work/life balance, nice coworkers (who are fun to complain about work with).

Cons

Not what it once was... the merger has changed this company for the worse. Massive layoffs led to letting go of talented people and causing everyone who stayed to be fearful that termination is imminent. A very eery vibe around the office with so many people gone and double the workload. The salary for a mid-level employee is negligible compared to the industry average. Almost no room for growth or path for promotion. It might seem like a fun industry to work in, but do yourself a favor and know your worth (aka, don't work here).
