Pros

The children/parents are the only positive things that I "experienced".

Cons

Company values? None. the only things that corporate/management cares about is money. I have worked here since Fall 2014-now, and am looking for something else. Anything else. Children's needs are put at the bottom and employees are treated like temporary expendables. My co-workers have been cheated of hard earned money, I have been lied straight to my face by management and I have never felt more worthless at a place of employment. They even were 2 days late on getting us our paycheck once, and said "it's not our fault." And no benefits, of course.

Extreme Favoritism

Pros

The pay is good & school is nice & clean

Cons

Extreme favoritism at this location from the directors. If you aren’t one of the favorites(their friend or someone who will suck up to them to become friends) then good luck. So much drama between coworkers & management. & management is very unprofessional. Favorite teachers get to miss or be late & do bare minimum with no penalty. Teachers are always on their phones or talking amongst each other but doing in a way where they are not also watching the kids

Pros

1) Coworkers (non-managerial) were on the same page, compassionate / friendly, and helpful. 2) Children are cute.

Cons

The management is worse than I've experienced in lesser-off countries. It's run by someone who certainly has narcissistic personality disorder. Every teacher / caregiver has been verbally / psychologically abused by the manager which has caused a high turnover rate. Children are constantly crying and there's too much discipline-to-play ratio going on. The pay is also only minimum wage.
