      watching the children grow and learn because of your dedication and hard work is the only rewarding thing about this job

      terrible pay, unappreciative management, just an overall rip-off.

      mostly [professional staff , a director and asst. director that really listen and try to keep everyone happy, kids are great and happy, great curriculum, great bonus incentives for staff every month ,

      some of the staff are kept just because they need the staff but they are not always motivated staff kept around :(
