Pros

I have been with this team for almost 3 years. I have seen many people go over that time that were not ready for the pace of work. The organization is heavily focused on growth now and in the future. This trickles down to each team member. You have to want yo be improving to keep up. If you want to sit back and just collect a check this is not for you. Extra effort will need to be put in and is rewarded. Happy to work here with this team.

Cons

Looking forward to future company growth that opens up additional benefits such as health insurance.

Pros

This is a fun and challenging place to work. Every day something new will come up and you are held to very high standards. If you're the kind of person that embraces a challenge and seeks to grow every day this is the place for you. It is the epitome of "work hard, play hard". The owners are the most caring and giving people I've ever had the pleasure to work for! This one one of the few places I've ever worked that fosters the idea of constant learning and professional education.

Cons

This is a bad place if you are a stagnant person and fine with the status quo.
