Pros

They have good health benefits and paid time off days. The people that we worked with on the front lines were very friendly.

Cons

This place does not care about its employees , but only cares about the bottom line. When I hired on there they had pretended to say that it was such a great place to work, but then when you settle in and you get to talking to other employees, they start to explain scary stories that they've heard and seen where employees are literally walked out the door. They don't get their things and they aren't told why they are being terminated. They have massive layoffs every six months no matter what. When I hired on with them, I intended for my position to be a lifelong position and would have liked to have retired from there, but realized it was such an unstable company. The general manager is an unstable person, the human resources director is a conniving backstabbing, and the CEO is always unavailable.

Pros

None stay away from this employer at all cost.

Cons

Everyone is hired on as a temp ($12-14/hr.) until you have gained permanent status. The process of gaining permanent status is ambiguous as previous reviews have suggested I have seen reputable employees fired or laid off and because of the nepotism that exist here family members and friends gain permanent status. The employees that work here are a little rough around the edges, management and HR alike. Layoffs are not uncommon and employees fired on the regular. The company does not offer direct deposit you have to cash your check across the freeway at Allegiance bank.
