Management is Horrible.. If you are a person that gets involve with the office gossip this maybe the place for you... However if you just want to make a living for yourself, do your job and go home.. You may not be so lucky.. Very Cliquish...

Unprofessional and an Example of Nepotism Run Wild

There are no benefits here at all due to the extremely high employee turnover rate.

Cons

Horrible mismanagement by inexperienced and unprofessional project managers, extremely high employee turnover rate, questionable hr tactics, and rampant nepotism (the entire M family works there). Weird company policies include: No cell phone usage on floor (must be on break or outside building), no loitering in long spacious hallways, walk fast if going to or coming from restroom, and extreme monitoring of break/lunch lengths by management.
