Management team needs regular training. Management style is outdated. Quick to make assumptions and believe others instead of reaching out to the employee directly.

Usually steady workload. Does give you an opportunity to learn new things.

Cons

Very difficult to get your job done as all of the supervisors will constantly micromanage & talk down to you. Unless you are part of their inner circle (people who have been there 20+ years &/or a family member), there is no room for advancement. You can expect to be treated as if you can’t think for yourself or have a brain.
