Pros

Nice environment, and flexible and schedule Co workers are nice. Pay is decent but could always be better. Lots of events within depts

Cons

High turn over, some of the managers are not very nice. Raises and advancement opportunities do not come as often as they should

Pros

Great people; flexible hours to an extent; good benefits of health insurance and 401k; work/life balance is strong with this company.

Cons

The pay used to be a larger con than it is now in 2017, but it still is on the low end of the average in many respects when compared to other companies. The structure for career advancement has much to be desired and is one of the most notable failures of the company. However, given the 'pros' that I mentioned, many do not mind the lower pay and see this as a company they can work for in their future given the tradeoff. At the end of the day though, living in the greater Seattle area, you're going to need more money given the cost of living.
