Pros

The lower level employees and the team you work with

Cons

Management has their heads in the sand and do not understand that a ecommerce company needs to have a functioning website Terrible pay. I was making 15 dollars an hour with a pathetic commission structure. People who were doing 150k a month in new business saw a 2k bonus for there hard work.

Pros

Independent work. Set own hours--when to come in, take break, leave. Always something to work on. Great co-workers. Can listen to whatever you want while you work, through your headphones. Often had company bar-b-cues to keep morale higher and encourage people to mingle.

Cons

Gets a little monotonous at times. At non-break times, the room was so quiet that a non-silenced cell phone could be heard throughout the very large room and brought the supervisor out to chastise you. Parking was almost impossible at the Kirkland location.
