Pros

ATG provides an opportunity to learn so much and excel if you are a performer. I see some pretty negative reviews on here but am not convinced these people were doing a stellar job which would warrant pay increases and rockstar treatment. I was at ATG for several years, worked my tail off and was rewarded for my hard work. Management is accessible and willing to chat. There are no barriers between departments which gives you an opportunity to learn a lot about business. The leadership at ATG changed a bit recently with a re-org and things seem to be progressing nicely. You get to travel regularly if you're in Business Development which is a perk. Lots of new partner opportunities happening and integration with Lowe's has been an exciting endeavour.

Cons

More employee functions would be nice.

Pros

Co-workers are friendly and the atmosphere is generally pretty laid back. There's coffee in the break room; I suppose that's a pro...

Cons

Management lacks leadership skills. Very little direction is given to employees by their managers and the CEO will often request that projects be re-done a different way after they have nearly been completed. On multiple occasions, management has overlooked key details in projects then asked their employees to complete additional projects along with their regular workload in an unreasonable amount of time. Everything seems to be about shifting blame and covering your own behind. The salary and benefits are very poor - far below average salaries for similar positions in the region. Overall the company feels very cheap. There are no sick days; if you're vomiting, volcanoing diarrhea out your butt and can't come in, it comes straight out of your PTO (only 10 days a year.) They lure new hires in with promises of multiple $5,000 raises. After accepting your offer, they reveal that you aren't guaranteed to receive the full $5,000 and expect the raises to be more like 2-3k.
