Pros

Day goes by quickly, desks are pretty large so you have plenty of room to decorate and personal and have your personal space.

Cons

There are about 2 good managers the rest are a waste and know nothing more than the reps.

Pros

It was never boring, I felt like I was always learning and experiencing something different. Of course I was in a store not the online department. Store was closed when Lowes bought the company.

Cons

No one in online department liked their jobs. Everyone I dealt with through the store had nothing nice to say about working out of corporate. Perhaps things are different with new parent company>

Pros

There are a lot of nice people that work here and everyone seems to be focused on their job. Feedback is given to employees that reinforces good work.

Cons

There is not a lot of opportunity for growth. It is still a small company, but I would expect as it grows a lot more opportunities will arise. I tried to move around some, but I was never given the opportunity to apply for other positions.
