      Pros

      Benefits are competitive but taking more than a week of vacation at a time is forbidden.

      Cons

      Very unorganized and unprofessional company to work for. They do not provide the tools for you to do your job and often have to wait many months before getting what is basic needs. Dealing with the corporate office is like dealing with bullies-they are mean, nasty, and have a very high employee turn over.

      Pros

      Insurance costs are good, good structure with SOP'S.

      Cons

      Bullying, micro management, no appreciation, disrespectful senior management, no work life balance. You can and will give your all to this company and they will suck the life out of you. I have never experienced a hostile work environment until working for NRP. The regional was unappreciative and downright manipulating. I have seen some outlandish torment go on at the property I was at. Contacted HR in regards to treatment and never even received an email back. Corporate seniors do not care about the staff at the properties. Hardly any holidays off.

      Decent product coupled with amazing branding

      Cons

      Horrible communication / horrible construction / horrible upper management / horrible leadership and if you're not apart of the "good ol boys and girls clique " watch your back and prepare to be picked on and bullied.
