      Pros

      I love that my role is given the freedom to be creative and independent. There's a lot of room for growth and amazing experts within the team that you can always reach out to! From my end, everyone's approachable and I appreciate the professionalism of the team. I really love the office dogs who randomly shows up on large meetings!

      Sometimes there can be business decisions that may be quite hard to understand but I believe they do things for a good reason!

      - Supportive team - Nice office - Flexible work schedule - Good training programs

      Cons

      - Passive-aggressive, self-centered management, which created a stressful environment - As a recruitment consultant, commissions are paid to the practice lead with only a small bonus for yourself - Although many positive things are declared, the management often does not follow through on them. Despite promising a certain standard of behaviour or action, it is disappointing when those promises are not kept - Low employee retention rate
