Management isn't great, little to no training, little to no communication, management feels like a bros only club, benefits aren't great

Very poor management. Lazy and don't know how to talk to people. Felt very uncomfortable going to the manager about anything. I was overworked and underpaid. They put all their work on you so you don't have to do anything. I had to ask for help for months before getting any. They were taking lunches out of my pay when I didn't take one because I was too busy & didn't have time. They will come looking for you if you suck at your job and don't show up for days because you quit without saying anything but if you are hardworking and get compliments from everyone on the job you do and you have the decency to at least let them know your quitting you get no response. I could go on & into further detail but I'll stop here.
