Majority of upper management is unqualified, have been promoted by seniority instead of business acumen. Physical labor carrying upwards of 30lbs of clothing a day, many people in the office complain of back and neck pain. Negative employees, seems no one is happy to be there. Salary is not aligned with workload.

This is a horrible place to work. They changed out the HR team but they werent the problem. The director and managers run the place and they are the problem. They play favorites all the time and only care about people who dress fashionably. They even go so far to laugh and make fun of us not in their elite group. I talked to the old HR team about the favoritism and how I saw some people treated. I know they tried hard to stop this behavior and bring it to the attention of executives but the executives always side with the director and managers. The executives let the director and managers do whatever they want and don't care about the fair treatment of everyone. It's catty like high school. And that makes it hard to come to work every day.
