So sorry to hear your concerns--we are a very fast growing company, and there's a lot of work, but we truly want people to feel valued and that there's a ton of professional growth.

Pros

Free pizza but you'll get tired of it. You'll meet some amazing people.

Cons

I wouldn't be a decent person if I didn't warn the next person about this place. There are no words to describe how unprofessional my experience at trr has been! It's worse than high school. I never worked in a more shady/caddy/ and toxic environment than this. Dear upper management ..don't be fooled by "Goals" being met that doesn't mean employees are happy. Trr has no culture what's so ever. Management will blame people's attitudes for the poor moral of the team when its just a reaction to poor attitude, unprofessionalism, fakeness and shadiness. I have never worked in a place with a manager more unprofessional & childish than this one. Changes have to be made ! So sad that people are scared to go to HR Because their scared of retaliation & have no hope that anything will be done to protect them. Most employees feel HR is there for the protection of the company, and not the people. This place will forever be a revolving door where the good talented people will desperately look for an escape plan & run out fast because of how terrible their experiences have been. I have witnessed numerous people from different departments outside crying because of how bad the work environment is. Look around theres different faces every couple of weeks. Having any kind of confidence will be your enemy at this company. As well as having any sort of positive opinion towards change. A company that prides them self on luxury goods who caters to a higher end clientele can't even give employees who work tirelessly to get their job done a positive work environment worth their time. Finally, Please do not expect any incentives, bonuses, any sort of appreciation for giving you're all to the role.

Pros

If you're starting out It's a great place to have on your resume to show work experience with a start up. If you must, work there for 6 months(a year if you can last) then get out. Also you get decent medical, dental and vision coverage.

Cons

-Extremly unprofessional assistant managers and managers (rude, mean, gossipy, spiteful) EX: reveal sensitive information about employees to another employee to create drama, call employees demeaning names and then say they are joking. I could go on forever. -Hostile work environment amongst employees and managers -Terrible HR -Lack of morale, focus and communication. Basically lack of any leadership -Career growth opportunities within the company are not encouraged or explored, especially if you work in the warehouse
