Cons
Little to no growth, upper management decisions based on favoritism, lack of vision leads to encountering the same issues repeatedly. Culture of bullying, all decisions are made by leadership who rarely if ever enter physical offices leading to mass disconnect with policies and the people tasked with carrying them out. Not a place to build a career, lack of transparency/ honesty about money. If you ask for more money, you’re told there is none, but as soon as you get another offer, they are able to raise your salary. Lack of experience in upper management, little to no leadership, culture of disrespect of upper management to their staff is encouraged as a tool to keep employees in line. Haphazard training and lack of clear communication of constant policy changes is blamed on employees rather than management. I’d say these are growing pains, but there seems to be no motivation to change or acknowledgement of the problems, beyond blaming others.
