      Pros

      Maria, the custodian, is the sunshine of this horrible place. I love her positivity and always makes conversations with a simple "how's your day?" - which direct managers can't even do.

      Cons

      -no communication between managers, leads, seniors and regular employees (everyone has a different answer to a question) -major favoritism, managers don't even try to get to know you (impossible to be able to get a reference in the future) -warehouse facilities doesn't care about employee safety (had to drive in multiple blizzards to get in when the state was in a state of emergency) -so many clothing items have body fluid stains that we have to keep to sell just to meet the company's monthly goal -this has been the most mentally-draining and toxic work environment I have worked in (& I worked retail and food industry)
