Pros

The location was an easy commute in the morning if you lived in the city andyou meet a lot of creatives.

Cons

I am writing a new review just because Glassdoor says I have to to keep using the website. But working for TRR as a photographer is like signing up for the end of your own career. They never stop raising quotas and you can't leave until you hit the quota, EVERY month you work MANDATORY overtime with one 6-day work week that is 50-60 weeks, every single employee leaves with permanent, life-altering injuries and HR can only be described as evil.

Pros

Insurance. The bonus checks I suppose.

Cons

I feel let down. Let’s start there. After being a consistent and loyal employee for what’s been over three years now and I’ve seen absolutely no growth or development in my path at TRR. I opened the West Hollywood store and was placed in the inventory specialist position and I’ve been that ever since. Every touch base conversation that I’ve had with upper management I’ve been praised for my ability to work efficiently as a team player and for my skills improving over time, it’s been made well aware that I’m an ideal employee for the team but the growth within the company does not reflect those conversations, it feels more like a “good job” and a pat on the back sending me on my way. I know I deserve more because I’ve put in the time and effort. Work is incredibly uncomfortable now because I’ve made attempts to grow and move into other departments and the process was highly unfavorable leaving me feeling stagnant and not not good enough. I presented myself and did the ground work for a new role, mood boards, did multiple interviews and was ghosted mid process. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable to have to work somewhere where you were aiming for a position, made to feel like you were close or could possibly be a strong candidate then communication falls short and I hear nothing. Am I still expected to come to work happy and thrilled for the day? There was also a conversation initiated with head of HR. It was read, and again the conversation died. This company has to take better care of employees.I wouldn’t recommend to a friend or stranger.
