      Good reviews are obviously fake! Do not ignore honest feedback

      Pros

      Independent work, the bare minimum of giving us a very low credit for food per month.

      Cons

      NO growth. Have not learned at all. Robotic work where you stand up all day doing the same impossible task since the expectations and quotas are so absurdly high. People who last there only do so because they are favored by management. There is a high turnover rate for a reason. Only half an hour of lunch. Ridiculous. Expect The realreal to continue selling very poor, sometimes fake items, because their only priority is to reach high numbers, not to sell quality. Have to choose between having a healthy life or making a living. This job will suck the energy and life out of you.

      Loss Prevention Team is awesome! Best team i ever worked for.

      Great starting pay Great benefits (PTO, Sick and emergency sick pay) You get shares in the company the longer you stay the more you get All Loss Prevention leadership team is amazing and understandable Decent Work Hours 50% off discount at the Café (Flagship stores only) Free coffee every day you work (Flagship stores only)

      Cons

      Retail Leadership can be difficult to deal with Retail leadership likes to micro management (usually stays out of LP teams way) Lots of high school drama ( stay out of it and you will be fine) No Retail discounts Retail Management picks and choose what policies they want to enforce
