There are zero pros working at this company.

Cons

All warehouse positions are extremely underpaid. I have been working here for almost a year, and unfortunately, the time has come to find a new job because I find myself struggling so hard with the pay. On top of that, they give their employees yearly raises by the cent. My first raise was 30 cents. I actually could not believe it! It makes me so sad because this company could be so much more, but they sacrifice high turnover in exchange for unpaid employees. Lastly, I would like to add that if you have an impressive fashion background and degree, please DO NOT waste it at this company. There are very few people that actually know designer brands and follow industry trends. Majority of warehouse works do not have fashion backgrounds, which makes absolutely no sense. Major disappointed all around, and I would not recommend working at this company... not even for the name on your resume.

Pros

Pay and stock options are great. Employee discount of 20% on trr products. Other than that, none that I came across.

Cons

Micromanagement and poor leadership define this company's data tech team. Lots of layoffs. No real career prospects. Usually Engineers quit within a few months or they are laid off.

Easy work, takes literally 0 skill, decent hours (7-330), easy commute if from NJ, people are friendly and they promote company growth

Cons

So boring, you learn nothing, show up to work and don’t talk to anyone all day because you’re focused on meeting the quota, go home early every other day because there’s no product left to receive
