      Pros

      There are no pros working for this company. I would advise you to STAY away from this company. Do not be fooled by the schedules and the free lunch, etc. These people treat their employees like slaves.

      Cons

      Everything is a con with this establishment. They treat their employees horribly with the quota numbers that they expect them to meet. The pressure and total disregard for everyone's well-being is appalling. The managers and leads are all rude and they have favorites. Work somewhere else, you will be horrified if you work for this company.

      Work Investment Banking Hours Get Paid Like A Grocery Store Clerk

      Fun to work in fashion and see consignors homes Some consignors are nice

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized company; Consignor Relations and the Warehouse is a nightmare which results in getting screamed at by consignors all day long for issues that aren't your fault/have nothing tom do with you. Honestly don't know how this company is still afloat. Consignors treat you like trash and the company work culture is extremely competitive and volatile
