Unrealistic goals to meet, childish managers/hr(certain managers pick and choose who they want to speak to based on favoritism), etc.

- Insane workload with unrealistic expectations and no focus on burn out - They do NOT care about internal growth - Lack of foresight entirely; instead, you are forced to meet crazy deadlines and then clean up the mess that inevitably follows - Really crappy benefits; you get the basics, but that's it - Leadership is hands off and really doesn't do much to communicate with their orgs - IC-level employees have to do the work of leadership - Lack of sensitivity; when Covid began and there were mass lay-offs, the CEO actually said verbatim "I didn't have any part in the layoffs"
